Young Professionals at Aeaglet Technologies

Young Professionals is a one-year program for engineering and IT graduates, where we give you all the tools and help you need to kick-start your career.

During the program you will get a mentor to help you reach your individual goals and you will participate in customized training on real projects that will help you become a professional engineer and software developer. In the Young Professionals program, you will work as a consultant in customer projects that are at the forefront of technology and innovation. You get a chance to choose between multiple projects and technical roles within the software and product development, maximizing your chance to find your dream role.

After one year, you will have an opportunity to choose if you want to stay as a consultant at Aeaglet Technologies or continue your journey with the customer. We like to think of it as the best of both worlds!
